Refund & Return Policy

At Wearlyhub, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-refundable

  • Worn, washed, or altered products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
